HumanConnect Services

HumanConnect Services

We work where people meet opportunity.

In education, in careers, in wellbeing. The connections that shape a life are usually the ones nobody owns.

We make them.

  • A classroom

Where what a person can do is first decided.

  • A first job

Where that turns into work, or does not.

  • A difficult moment

Where a decision gets made quietly.

Why one group

One conviction, three points of contact

A person meets opportunity somewhere. Sometimes it is a classroom, sometimes a first job, sometimes a decision made quietly at a difficult moment.

It is a fair question why one group runs a recruitment platform, a consulting practice and a wellbeing marketplace. The answer is that they are the same work approached from three directions.

A person meets opportunity somewhere. Sometimes it is a classroom, sometimes a first job, sometimes a decision made quietly at a difficult moment. We chose to be present at all three rather than pick one and call it a specialism.

Kept apart, each of the three is a normal business. Held together, they let us see the same person at more than one point, and act on what we see. A student we advise this year is a graduate a platform places next year. An employer that cannot hire is often an employer whose role was written wrong. Most groups would call that synergy. It is simpler than that: it is knowing what happens next.

Services

What we actually do

Three areas of work. Each one begins with a situation somebody is already in, not with a service we decided to sell. They overlap more than the headings suggest — a hiring problem is often a curriculum problem two years earlier — and we treat them that way.

All three areas

Strategy and Project Consulting

A decision you cannot make from inside it, or a problem you can feel but cannot quite locate. We bring an outside perspective, help make sense of what is happening, and stay with you through the work that follows.

  • Business and growth strategy
  • Organisation and operating design
  • Project scoping and delivery
  • Turnkey hiring and temporary staffing
  • HR assessment and capability review

Education and Industry

Institutions know what they teach; employers know what they need. We help close the distance between the two through better programmes, stronger teams, and partnerships that connect education with the world of work.

  • New departments and academic initiatives
  • Curriculum design with industry
  • Faculty recruitment and development
  • Industry partnerships and placement pipelines

Careers and Mentoring

Students choosing, graduates starting, professionals at a turn. The question is often the same: what can this person actually do, where do they want to go, and what would they need to do next?

  • Career counselling and direction
  • One-to-one and group mentoring
  • Campus-to-career programmes
  • Interview and workplace readiness
  • Mid-career transitions

Evidence

Some of the work

Three examples, described without naming anyone. What matters is the shape of the problem, not the letterhead - and the shape is the part that repeats. If one of these looks like the thing you are carrying, that is the useful signal, not the sector it happened in.

A department, not a course

A university wanted an art and design department - not a course. Curriculum, faculty, admissions channels, industry partnerships, a student acquisition plan, then implementing all of it. A department exists because somebody owned the space between ambition and need.

Curricula built with industry

Co-branded curricula with multinationals - getting a corporate and a university to agree a programme neither could have built alone. Two organisations with different languages, timescales and the same problem. The graduates are the ones the translation was for.

Career fairs at scale

Large-format career fairs - hundreds of candidates, dozens of employers, one day. The logistics are the visible part; the matching is the work. Every conversation that happens there is one that would not have happened otherwise.

The Group

The Group

Each business meets people at a different point. Together they cover most of the moments that decide how a working life goes - choosing what to study, finding the first job, and the times afterwards when something has to change. Each runs on its own terms.

You are here

HumanConnect Services

The consulting practice: strategy, education and industry alignment, careers and mentoring, and events. It is the umbrella the others sit under, and the one that takes work nobody else has claimed.

About the Group

CareerBricks

The recruitment platform. Employers post roles, candidates register and apply, and both sides see what is happening rather than waiting to be told. Hiring at volume is a platform problem, and it has its own home.

HappinessCue

The wellbeing platform, connecting people directly with experts for guidance, counselling and support. No referral, no institution in the middle, and no requirement to explain yourself twice before anyone actually listens.

Where to go next

If you are an organisation with a problem that crosses education, hiring and people, start with what we do. If you are hiring or looking for a role, CareerBricks is the platform for that.
